How we work
What we can be held to
A manufacturer's website tends to describe intent. What a buyer actually needs is a set of commitments that can be checked. These are ours.
No unverifiable claims
This site does not publish a founding year, employee count, factory area, monthly capacity, certification or client list unless the underlying evidence exists and can be shown. An empty section is preferable to a false one.
Specification before quotation
We quote against a written specification. A price without a specification is a number that will change later, and the change always costs the buyer more than it costs us.
Written specification gaps
Development starts by returning the list of things your requirement does not yet answer. This is the single highest-value output of the development stage.
Consistency as a process
Repeat orders match because a retained approved sample, a written specification and a fabric standard are referenced — not because everyone intended to do a good job.
Where our images come from
Every image on this site is produced to our own specification — either a workshop photograph of our own product, or a studio rendering used until that photograph is taken. We do not substitute stock imagery.

Technical writing here solves a real problem and states the limitations. Where an answer is not available, the article will be published when it is.
